So this salad has quite a clean feel to it, with a sharp bite, definitely summery and really basic to make. I know gorgonzola is a bit strong and that a lot of people aren’t too excited about it, but it really makes this dish. If, however, you feel like it is really too much, you can always leave it off.
Mayo, Dijon Mustard, White Wine Vinegar, Olive Oil, Honey, Salt Pepper
- mix it all together in a way that matches your taste
Chicken wash, slice and fry with Rosemary
Mixed Leaf Salad / Cherry Tomatos / Cucumber / Sundried Tomatos / Spring Onion chop up and mix together, mix in the Dressing, add the chicken
Gorgonzola crumble over the top
