After looking at some of the players who could leave in a previous post – Vidal already did, to Barcelona – there are a couple of other options who really make sense to me.

Rudy – to Leipzig

they are looking for some depth because they are playing in three competitions and Rudy is looking for more playing time. Rudy was a favourite of Nagelsmann at Hoffenheim and he will be coach there after next season. To add to those two great points Rudy is a national team player and a quiet leader and the young Leipzig side could use some leadership.

Thiago – to Chelsea

they have money and are looking for creativity in midfield. He could be a good pairing with Morata. Sarri has said that they need someone there and it would be the kind of signing chelsea like to make. On the other hand I don’t see the manchester clubs and Barca out of the race for his signature yet.

Boateng – to Manchester United

They need strength and experience in their central defence. Boateng wants a new challenge and one more big contract. Could Schweinsteiger make the move easier, because they have done business in the past? I still think that Boateng fits better with a flashy club like Paris but this could also make a lot of sense, especially if Martial moves in the other direction.

While I still think that Bernat, Rafinha and Lewandowski should be players to leave Bayern this summer, I only see a case for Bernat. Let’s see if something materialises.
